The sensor and weather station mainframe connect automatically when placed together, or you can press the TX button to establish the connection manually. If the sensor fails to connect, you can try removing and re-inserting the batteries or ensure that the channel settings on the sensor and mainframe match.

Regarding the clock auto-calibration error, the default time zone is set to PST with Daylight Saving Time (DST) turned off. Simply adjust the time zone and DST settings according to the instruction manual to ensure accurate timekeeping.

During the WWVB signal search, the backlight will turn off for 7 minutes to minimize interference. This is a normal feature, as the WWVB signal can be affected by various factors. If the signal is unstable, the device will automatically search for it every hour.

The initial temperature and humidity calibration takes 24-48 hours, while the weather forecast calibration usually takes 7-10 days. As the sensor is placed outdoors, the accuracy will improve over time.
